I managed and tracked a $60K budget, managed four carpenters and over hire, supervised the technical design and execution of scenic elements of three ATDs, collaborated with artistic and production departments to ensure an efficient delivery of the production as envisioned.

As the Festival TD I managed a shop of 30 employees, a $100K season budget including overhead, supervised engineering and delivery of 11 Productions of various sizes, in four venues, worked with design towards achievable visions, collaborated with all departments to ensure delivery of productions as designed, responsible for hiring all scenery shop employees, maintaining the shop.
